1. Who we are
These terms are a template. The final text will be supplied by Yipai AI and placed here without changing the layout.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
- Use one account per person or business.
- Tell us if you think someone else has used your account.
3. Credits and payments
One credit makes one finished video. A credit is held when you submit an order and used when the video is delivered. A submitted order can’t be cancelled or refunded; if anything goes wrong, we handle it until the video is delivered.
- Credits bought one at a time do not expire.
- Credits in a monthly pack expire at the end of each billing month.
4. Your photos and content
You must have the right to use every photo you upload.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload photos that break the law or our content rules.
- No sexual or violent content.
- No photos of other people without their permission.
- No content that infringes someone else’s rights.
