One finished 9:16 film of about 15 to 21 seconds, made from one product.
What if something goes wrong with my video?
We handle it until your video is delivered; you don't need to order again. The credit is held when you submit and used on delivery. A submitted order can't be cancelled or refunded.
Do unused monthly videos roll over?
No. Unused credits in a monthly pack expire at the end of each billing month.
How long can I download my films?
Films are kept for 30 days after delivery.
